The female gender is as important to economic development just as its male counter part. There must be a balance before a sustained growth and development is attained

  10. Gender inequality has deprived the society alot in terms of human resources and empowerment. People that has something to offer in our society finds it hard climbing to the office that will give them the opportunity to exhibit there potentials. This is most witnessed in females. I believe there is need for gender equality in our society especially developing countries.
